Note 1: A pilot belonging to the pilot group of the Intragalactic Scientific Organization, hereafter referred to as a faction member. A pilot who supports the Intragalactic Scientific Organization and has the necessary clearances and credentials, hereafter referred to as a colleague.

Note 3: Factions under the Club's control: Azimuth Biochemicals, Azimuth Biotech, Wreaken Construction, Janus Incorporated, Kumo Council, Sirius Corporation, Sirius Atmospherics, Sirius Mining Merope, Sirius Mining, Sirius Hyperspace.

К01. It is forbidden for a faction member or colleague to publish, in open sources, classified information.

К02. It is forbidden to discredit any players, factions, alliances, coalitions, as well as the members of the Intragalactic Scientific Organization.

К03. It is strictly forbidden for a faction member to violate the Elite: Dangerous EULA / Anti-Botting Agreement (abbreviated ABA) / Star Citizen EULA.

К04. Unwarranted in-game attacks by a faction member on any player, excluding factions under the control of the Club (see Note 3), are forbidden.

K06. Any faction member must not be a member of any other factions / squadrons / alliances. The slightest indication of a pilot's connection to other factions/squadrons/unions may raise questions from management, leading to an unscheduled conversation.

К07. At aggressive / vague actions and negative behavior / influence in relation to pilots who are in faction ISCO or in coalition with ISCO can be applied additional measures of restriction of access to server channels up to the list of hostile factions. Just additional accounts (twinks), violating the rules, users will be restricted or blocked at the discretion of the administration.

К08. Leaving the Discord server by a faction member can cause exclusion from the faction and further squadron, as well as leaving the Discord server by a colleague can cause nullification of access to the organization. The discord server is the most important part of the organization and the faction in coordinating missions and flights.

1.01 It is forbidden to insult, humiliate members of the community or provoke arguments. Whatever the situation, try to make your point with arguments and facts, not insults to other participants.

1.02 It is extremely important that you treat other members of the community with respect. We are all different people, everyone sees things differently, so it pays to respect other people's views and opinions. If you have any personal problems/questions or dislike for any member of the community, be kind enough to solve these problems/questions immediately in your private messages and not to bring it out to the public.

1.03 All spam on the server is prohibited. Please make sure that everything is "in order".

1.04 No violent, pornographic or abhorrent content, political or propaganda material of any kind may be posted.

1.05 Topics of a political, religious or racial/sex nature may not be raised.

1.06 Avatar, nickname, status, published content and other public information should not contain insults to any member of the community (other factions, a specific person), 18+ content and other prohibited by the rules Discord (https://discord.com/guidelines) and (https://discord.com/terms).

1.07 You may not post images/videos that "break" the Discord app.

1.08 It is forbidden to ping @here/@everyone without the necessary reason to do so if you have the ability and rights to do so.

1.09 All discussions and insults of other game factions, teams, coalitions are forbidden. Treat everyone with respect.

Take care that you do not have background noise interfering with other players, but if you have it, please put a walkie-talkie mode, or hook up a microphone and use only when necessary.

Please, all the explanations and so on and so forth should be made after the session is over, not during it. In this way you will not break the atmosphere within the wing.

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.

Ban will be issued if the participant violates the rules of communication on an ongoing basis and ignores the advice or suggestions of members of moderation.

If there are 3 violations in the last 7 days, the participant is temporarily blocked for 5 hours.

If you publish a link to another server, coordinate this moment with the administration, without coordination the link will be removed automatically.

Rules are periodically updated.

Violation of the Elite Dangerous EULA (including Anti-Botting Agreement) or Star Citizen EULA will result in expulsion from membership.
