Note 1: Coalition rules are hereinafter abbreviated as BRC###.## (Basic Rules of the Coalition). Additional coalition rules hereafter abbreviated as ABRC###.## (Additional Basic Rules of the Coalition).

BRC01.00 Actions such as: attacks on pilots, uncoordinated raids of settlements, damaging BGS structures are considered aggressive and are not supported by the ISCO, except for factions belonging to The Club (see Note 3). If such actions toward the ISCO by a coalition member are detected, the ISCO has every right to terminate the coalition or sit down at the negotiation table.
BRC01.01 Similarly, aggressive actions described in BRC01.00 against factions/squadrons/alliances in coalition with ISCO are considered hostile.
BRC01.02 Aggressive and vague actions described in BRC01.00 against factions/squadrons/alliances not in coalition may be considered hostile and the ISCO is entitled to demand an explanation or participate in peace negotiations, at most withdrawing the coalition.
BRC01.03 Aggressive and biased dialogue and communication between allied squadron pilots and ISCO pilots may be considered hostile and ISCO is within its rights to demand an explanation.
ABRC01.00 Negotiations are conducted in the "2+2" format.
BRC02.00 Any faction/squadron/alliance in the coalition is fully eligible to ask ISCO for help with the BGS or combat component, as is the ISCO faction.
BRC03.00 Any faction / squadron / alliance that is in a coalition has the full right to break the coalition.
BRC04.00 Major economic issues / claims / problems / conflicts / resolved only by dialogue and agreement.
